WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
Orders are shipped within two business days of receipt of the order, excluding Saturday and Sunday as we do not process or ship orders on those days. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Sadly, due to international shipping times, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. You can find more information on our shipping page.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SKINBUDDY IS OUT OF STOCK?
SKINBUDDY is popular, but that means occasionally we run out of stock. If this is the case, you’ll be alerted before you try and place an order. However, if stocks run out after your order has been placed, we’ll let you know straight away. Then, you’ll have the option of waiting for us to restock, ordering a different product, or receiving a full refund.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide, so you can enjoy SKINBUDDY wherever you live. Your shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. You can choose between economic rates and express shipping rates. There’s lots more information on our shipping page.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
Because we reward our biggest fans, you are eligible for free shipping when ordering two or more packs of SKINBUDDY, or if you use our monthly subscription service. All other shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. There’s lots more information on our shipping page.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER?
As soon as your parcel is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Just give it a day or two for the tracking number to be activated. If you do not receive a shipping conformation email within 1–2 working days after you place your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?
Not that we wouldn’t love to chat to you, but currently we are not offering this service. Our secure website is the only way to purchase our products online.
WHAT PAYMENT FORM DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All your transactions will be securely encrypted and processed from above providers.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT CODES?
We offer all first-time customers 15% off their first order when they sign up for our mailing list. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be emailed a confirmation link. Click it to receive your 15% discount code within 48 hours. If you’ve not received your code, check your spam and junk folders.
WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?
