Skinbuddy™ was set up several years ago by Naturopath Mike Harmon and became a Limited Company in 2005.

During my training as an Iridologist, the findings from my clients kept showing points of similarity with each other; nearly all the people were exhibiting classic symptoms of toxic overload from the bowel and would benefit from Colonic Hydrotherapy, Nutritional Advice and Supplementation and their skin conditions were being made worse by the very products they were using. These petrochemical products were also adding to the toxicity of the bowel so a vicious circle was formed. In my feedback to the clients I was suggesting that they  cleanse they bowel and find better alternatives for the products. “Where do we go” they asked and some quick research confirmed to me that there were very few Colonic Hydrotherapists and even less people producing nutritionally sound skincare products. So my next 6 years were spent learning and perfecting these skills.

I am now proud of what I have pulled together and sincerely believe Skinbuddy™ is unique in what  it offers. We see clients for health problems and offer a full service of problem management using all the therapies at our disposal and a range of superior skincare products to improve the function of the skin. If you want to make the products yourself, so much the better as we can train you to do that and then help yourself as well as others. You can also join a regular yoga class here and take a wide range of self improvement classes such as Reiki, Massage, Herbalism and many, many more.

Mike Harmon

Mike has spent many years as a Complementary Therapist with a special interest in HIV as well as Cancer after working at University College London Hospitals in Adult Oncology. Mostly working with Aromatherapy and Reflexology, he also includes Colonic Hydrotherapy, Iridology and Nutrition in his repertoire. Mike has produced a range of skincare products for several years under the brand name of Atalanta Spa supplying spas in some of the World’s high end hotels as well as an enviable Hollywood client list for the skincare products.

Brenda Coverdale

Brenda has run her own successful school Naturecare for many years now. She has been a pioneer in the aromatherapy industry since its fledgling years and is now recognised as a World Class educator. The skills she brings are phenomenal with herbs and minerals at the core of her treatments. Years of practice in leading London hospitals and Harley Street clinics have given her an amazing insight into dis-ease in all its many forms. Being part of Skinbuddy takes the therapies onto the next level for the 21st Century in a way that truly gives depth and meaning to the term holistic.

Bob France

Bob is an internationally recognised Tai Chi master, a gold medalist with over 25 years teaching experience; Qigong teacher; Reiki and Koruna master; with diplomas in reflexology and past life regression. He has  taught throughout the UK, Eire and France and brings his own unique talents to create a truly spiritual and uplifting course.
